You've hit your workspace's monthly send limit.
Status: 402 · Code: insufficient_credits
This workspace has used its monthly send allocation. New sends are rejected until the counter resets (first of the month, UTC) or you upgrade.
How it works
- Free: 3,000 emails/month
- Growth: 50,000 emails/month
- Scale: unlimited
Usage resets on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC. A workspace's current usage is visible at /dashboard/workspace (the monthly_sends_used field on the workspace object).
How to fix
- Wait — monthly cap, not a daily one
- Upgrade — app.send0.dev/settings/billing. Upgrades apply instantly; you can keep sending
- Reduce volume — transactional-only this cycle, pause any marketing drips
We never auto-charge for overage. Hitting the cap always returns 402; it's on you to decide whether to upgrade.
